- The new website is live at thenortonlawgroup.com.au.
- I'll be looking after your onboarding, so send anything website-related through to me.
- We're now in the warranty period. Hosting & Maintenance starts once it ends.
The next few slides go through the warranty, what Hosting & Maintenance covers and how extra work is handled.

- Any issues with the website within those 14 days are fixed for free.
- If something isn't working as it should, let me know and I'll get it sorted.

- Minor text changes.
- Image changes.
- General website admin.
What it doesn't include
- New page designs.
- Section changes that take more than the included hour.
The included hour suits small, regular updates. Anything bigger needs a quote, covered on the next slide.

- Anything beyond the included hour is still possible, including new page designs and larger section changes.
- These changes require a quote, so you'll know what's involved and the cost before anything starts.
- Once you've approved the quote, I'll schedule the work.
